15 years in the Navy as a Qualified Member of Engineering Department, and as a Machinist Mate Auxiliaryman, I was experienced in the following: Recognized for skill in coordinating and conducting complex maintenance and repair actions, trouble shooting, and mentoring and training personnel. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the following: Hydraulic systems up to 3000 psi, Compressed air systems up to 4500 psi, Diesel engines, Painting and Preservation of deck, hull, and structural components, Various compressors, pumps and valves.
Education
Applied Technology Diploma in Marine Mechanical Systems from the U.S. Navy Trident Training Facility, Kings Bay, GA.
Completed STCW-95 Basic Safety Course with certificates from Sea School.
Certification
Possess Merchant Mariners Document (MMD) with OS/Wiper/SD rating.
Skils
Previously held a government security clearance for material up to and including SECRET.
U.S. Navy Certified Quality Assurance Inspector and Quality Analysis Surveillance Monitor, ensuring that all maintenance and repairs meet technical specifications.
