Ordinary Seaman or Deckhand

Objective


To obtain a full time, deckhand/ordinary seaman entry level position with a maritime company where I can learn and grow within the industry. I am a hard worker and am ready to prove myself in this industry.

Installer/Service

Working full time. Install and service HVAC equipment for commercial and residential, carried materials, cut flex and glued duct, clean/stocked warehouse. Hourly wage: 12.00 hour. Office Manager: Cheri Murphy 704-827-6918.

Absolute Fire Control, Charlotte, NC September, 2011 – July, 2014

Fire Protection System Inspector/Fitter

Working full time inspecting sprinkler systems, running back flow test, and installing fire protection systems. Absolute Fire Control does quality estimating, design, fabrication, installation, inspections, and 24-hour emergency service. Interested in a more challenging career with a maritime company. Resigned to pursue my career in the Maritime Industry.

General/Maintenance Helper

Worked part time while attending CPCC college full time. Responsible for cleaning bar, restrooms, floors, coolers, etc. daily. Also maintained equipment to make sure everything was running properly. Helped in kitchen with cooking, cleaning and taking orders from customers. Reason for leaving: Bar was sold in August and need full time job with more hours.
