- Supervises other employees in the day to day operations of banding.

- Uses a computer to enter data gathered from the caliper , measurements of doors ,and number of doors banded in a day.

Type I Anodize:
- Duties include reading work orders for specifications
- Racking customer parts securely to racks
- Submerging parts in specific chemical baths for Boeing specs.

Lead Deckhand:
- Supervised junior deckhands on the Mississippi, Illinois, Arkansas and Tennessee rivers
- Fastened barges to pusher tugs, monitored pack safety and maintained proper barge alignment and configuration
- Negotiated barge passage through numerous river locks, ensuring error-free disassembly/reassembly of barge pack
