Nationwide Transport Training is A registered training organisation that structures and delivers AQF certification, customer and industry specific training courses in warehousing and distribution. Through me, the organisation delivered all of the relevant training to Health Department warehousing staff and other traineeships form Cert I - III. In addition, the business also operates a successful document storage and records management company that I developed on their behalf. My responsibilities are:
• Manage the 1000 square metre warehouse facility.
• Design and delivery of accredited courses for AQF Levels - Certificate I, II, III and IV. Assessment of RPL criteria against competencies for AQF Levels - Certificate I, II, III and IV.
• Training and Assessing Forklift Competency in WA and NSW
• Ensuring training is compliant through quality processes and continuos assessment and review , preparation for scope audits.
• Developed the Document Storage and Records management business for Nationwide including market analysis and the drafting of the business plan.
• Developed the draft Business Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan and the risk evaluation template to ensure success of the business.
• Supervise and coordinate all staff, documentation, records management and processes associated with the training for Warehouse courses.
