He has eighteen years of exposure to the marine industries, having particular experience as a Deck Officer on tankers, Container and General Cargo vessels, Marine Executive in Agency work, Marine Superintendent in tankers operations and as an Operations Manager with an offshore vessel operator. In his 3 years as a Marine Surveyor he has undertaken investigations for the P&I Clubs on various aspects of marine transport operations and claims. Experienced in a wide range of surveys, including damage surveys, condition surveys, vessel’s demolition surveys, prepurchase surveys, suitability surveys and vessel’s on/off hire surveys for Charterers, Oil Companies and Insurance interests. Also, acted as Marine Warranty Surveyor on offshore oil and gas projects.

He has undertaken investigations for the P&I Clubs on various aspects of marine transport operations and claims. Experience in a wide range of surveys, including damage, condition surveys for P&I Clubs, Vessel Demolition Surveys for P&I Clubs and suitability, on/off hire of tugs, barges for Charterers, Oil Companies and Insurance interests. Witnessing and approving load out, sea fastening and offload of heavy lift cargo (500 tonnes and above) for Shipper, Consignee and Insurance interests. He has experience on vessel pre-purchase survey and inspection.
2004 to 2006 - Maritime Pte Ltd, Manager (Operations)
·Ensure optimal utilisation of vessels.
·Ensure that all vessels comply with statutory, class society and national flag requirements.
·Monitor vessels in the areas of:
