Perform engineering duties, repairs and maintains vessel machinery and related systems and supervise maintenance. Implement preventive maintenance program for each equipment, to increase safety and reduce production downtimes, works on any part of the vessel to prevent delayed sailing. Institute all training and produce the documentation to the government required safety and security programs for US Coast Guard inspections. Oversee daily operations, hire and train all staff in accordance with government requirement. Responds to emergency calls after working hours if necessary. Additional responsibilities included sailing with vessel as first mate/engineer for charter events: providing and organizing Yacht charters for corporate events, weddings, and private parties. Organize and coordinate events providing excellent customer and clientele relations. Also, generate new business from the marketing to the sell and the design of the program to fit the constantly changing market and demand.

• I managed a $3 million project with hundreds of internal sub projects, machines and equipment to refurbish entirely a yacht grossing $2M per year and met and exceeded all deadlines with Suppliers and Contractors according to the budget and schedule. During that time I was also responsible of the good operation of 4 additional 149 passenger vessels and their food program

• Management of 6 yachts/charters, their restoration program, retrofitting, choice of suppliers, and contractors, source and negotiate all the purchases, while managing the yards, supervising the staff, the equipment and all the regulation with the USCG and compliances for the marine industry.

• Supervised a team of 25

• Maintain at all time 3 ships to strict compliance and regulation with constant interaction with the USCG, the city and the State.

• Successfully owned and operated two high volume bagel restaurants in Staten Island, NY and Jacksonville, FL.


 


I have over 15 years of property maintenance and management experience. During these years I have grown the skills of expertise in preventive maintenance, safety compliance and all state and federal regulations. I have built an excellent relationship with the government agencies,

I had to respond to our clients our suppliers but also internally with each players of the organization.

I have also learned how to set up and implement a preventive maintenance program for each equipment, so to increase safety and reduce production downtimes. I also have extensive experience in conducting projects, small or large, simple to technical to full completion.
