Responsibilities: Vessel deliveries, preventative and regular maintenance, coordinating outside vendors and project management, Installing electronics, Training and familiarizing Owners on all aspects of their vessels.

Responsibilities: designing and implementing standard operating procedure, captain and crew recruitment and training, designing vessel maintenance program, scheduling for crew, writing company manuals, overseeing performance and disciplinary actions, purchasing and commissioning for new vessels, coordinating with outside vendors, installation of electrical and mechanical equipment, relief captain for vessels.
