into a broader and larger market. Leasing larger ships, working with the Port Authority in Port Everglades to establish a Marine Terminal. Hirwe and train Office and terminal staff to operate a cohesive operation.
3/1988 to 12/1990 Terminal Manager - SEABOARD MARINE
* Together with upper management, take a smaller steamship operation from West Palm Beach to a larger Marine Terminal in the Port of Miami. Set up the terminal, yard layouts, Hire staff, train staff, Implement Vessel planning and staff, hire in House truck drivers/ set up a program to run this project, Originate safety Rules and programs for all staff.
6/1976 to 3/1986- Marine Superintendent Ro-Ro - PUERTO RICO MARINE MANAGEMENT
* Start out as a Car yard Superintendent, promoted to truck Lane Superintendent, promoted to Operations Department, transferred to Maintenance Department of Power Equipment, trained in Container/ Trailer maintenance, promoted to Marine Superintendent in charge of Ro-Ro vessels and planning.
