Job profile include.

• Work is related to the DGD (Dangerous Goods Declarations) processing & documentations.

• We as team check for DGD against the booking made in the system.

• Correct documents are processed & save in the systems.

• Incorrect ones are rejected with the reasons to the booking desk.

• Currently handling Japan, Korea, Greater China and Asia as well as Australia, New Zealand and South Africa regions.

• Sending IMO container load and discharge manifests for Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa regions.

• Currently part of Cargo Control Team as a team member in FEA region (Japan, Korea & China) performing Load & Discharge tasks.

• Sending Load, Discharge lists, Coparar & WCRS reports to clusters and planners.

• Co-ordinate with VSA partners.

• Co-ordinate with other GCS collogues for BCP plan.

• Doing another GSC’s tasks as Business Contingency Panning.

• Handling Process Migrations.

• Responsible for training and provide IMO training and conducting internal domain based training programme.

• Preparation of daily and monthly reports as well as presenting them in daily and monthly meetings. (Performance of team, new case studies, Complaint and resolutions etc.)

• Imparting knowledge to team through various presentations.

• Ensure, internal and external, customer satisfaction, to the fullest.

• Maintain proper schedules for the responsible trades.

• Maintain proper records & online-offline filing of data.

• Ensuring availability and analysis of weekly and monthly reports.

• Timely follow up and liaison with external MAERSK Offices and partner lines.

• Preparation of database, procedural documents, training manuals etc. for the future reference.

• Timely problem reporting.

• Process improvements in terms of cost reduction, time saving.
