Dome Chartering & Trading Corp., Operations, Annapolis, MD 2007 – Present
• Coordinate vessel operations in: U.S.G.C., South America, Caribbean, and Asia
• Appoint/Nominate load and discharge port agents, port captains, surveyors, and bunker providers
• Correspondence with master of vessel, port captains, agents, brokers, owners, charterers, and surveyors
• Review and manage operations documentation for accuracy and compliance including trade negotiations,
Charter Parties, Bills of Lading, Cargo Manifests, Mate’s Receipts, stow plans, and surveys
• Review Statement of Facts and perform all laytime calculations
• Prepare Final Hire statements; freight, hire and demurrage invoices; Letters of Indemnity and other legal documents
• Track and obtain outstanding payments from owners, charterers, and agents
• Review and track all Disbursement Accounts from port agents

• Work with US Customs to ensure the ship and crew are compliant with all applicable regulations and documentation
• Plan and coordinate logistical needs of crew members
• Coordinate all maintenance operations associated with the ship while in port
