Experience


Kellogg Brown and Root, Iraq March 2005-2007

Labor Foreman: Directed and supervised Iraqi national grounds maintenance and labor employees. Worked with nationals to ensure safety compliances under OSHA standards and other applicable laws. This position required diplomacy and the ability to communicate and direct.



Acting Administrative Specialist: Collecting, maintaining, and calculating statistics for all departments in KBR’s Baghdad International Zone, covering 37 square kilometers on 3 camps. Processing, recording, and filing, 80 plus work orders per day, within KBR’s scope of work, within multiple military contracts.



Acting Billeting Coordinator: Oriented new permanent and transient billets to locale. Position required planning and direction to maintain and facilitate billets to highest of standards. Other duties included maintenance of billets to health, safety, and welfare standards via scheduled inspections.



Night Operations Specialist: Facilitated in dispatching emergencies to crafts while processing service orders and maintained filing system. Leadership position that required management skills and maintaining directives important to mission with limited resources. Transported incoming and outgoing personnel and oriented incoming transients to locale.



Colorado Humane Society, Englewood, CO

2003

Kennel Technician: Responsible for the care and safety of boarded animals. Position encompassed a variety of duties including customer relations. Ensured that the customer was content and satisfied with the handling of animals. Maintained compliance with state and federal law.



Johnson United, Highlands Ranch, CO 2003

Packer/Lead: Customer service, inventory logging, and prioritization. Completed tasks through teamwork and self-motivation. Worked closely with peers in assuring quality and quantity were primary objectives and that the customer was the focus.



Telecheck, Inc., Englewood, CO 2001-2002

Collections Agent: Inbound and outbound financial debt collections, ten key, skip tracing. Worked with client to ascertain delinquencies and collections. This position required diplomacy, tact, and the ability to communicate and direct. Involved in mediation and facilitated the collection of funds. Persevered in many assignments. Customer service oriented.


Education


Representative courses include Accounting, Business Law, Office XP, Psychology, and Advanced English Composistion. Currently a junior aiming towards a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.


Certification


Halliburton Code of Business Conduct certified. Holder of an International Driver's License. Holder of security clearance level 1.


Skils


Proficient in all Windows versions, Office versions, some programming in C, networking via land and wireless and hardware installations.
