Manufacturing Functions:

1.Manages the Factory, its processes, its operations and facilities thru its managers and supervisors.

2.Develops and implements manufacturing objectives, policies and production plans.

3.Supervises all phases of plant construction/expansion, working directly with architects/contractors/equipment suppliers.

4.Plans and monitors the manufacturing and assembly of products and assumes full responsibility for product performance, cost, delivery and installation (when needed).

5.Obtains sales forecasts and directs their conversion to production plans and schedules.

6.Establishes quality control procedures and monitors quality performance assuming full responsibility for product quality.

7.Plans and monitors plant maintenance activities to assure good housekeeping and properly operating equipment.

8.Monitors manufacturing cost performance and initiates cost reduction programs.

9.Develops and recommends the organizational structure and staffing, compensation, hiring, transfer and promotion of personnel in all departments.



Finance Functions:

1.Monitors the cash position on a weekly basis.

2.Recommends approval of all accounts payable vouchers.



Administration Functions:

1.Formulates office policies, systems and procedures on all administrative support services.

2.Oversees general office administration such as telephone operation, janitorial and messengerial services, custodianship of office equipment, maintenance of office supplies, etc.

Purchasing Function:

Recommends the procurement of materials and equipment needed for plant production and office use.



Marketing Functions:

1.Reviews and signs all Proforma invoices sent to clients.

2.Supports the Marketing group in attainment of their sales objectives and targets.
