Duties included customer service phone support. In this role I helped install wireless
Internet in homes and small businesses. I assisted with the installation of operating systems and virus detection software and basic connectivity such as installing network cables and other equipment for home use. I communicated with the customer on a day to day basis on customer support issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
