• Communicate directly with Customs Border and Protection (CBP) for clearance on 100% of all Eastbound Rail cargo.
• Coordinate promptly with United Industries (UI) with clearance of railcar repair and Bad Order (BO) status on all railcars in the terminal to be loaded or discharged.
• Communicate with the Yard operation and Vessel operation before each shift about the projection of the shift to manage a productively safe environment and to give input on the following shifts anticipated needs and expectations.

How to manage day to day operations and have a low percentage of defects to 0 defects. Staying consistent in disciplining yourself to create a systematic method of your operation.
