Administering the planned maintenance system TAG. Focal point for all work order information, issuing of future plans, updating system with maintenance history. Creating new work oders for breakdowns and hightlighting safety critical work. Production weekly pregress report of maintenance with verfied justification. Preparing and producing quarterly reports and project reports for onshore management. Carry out weekly safety audits and participate in weekly safety meeting.

Administering maintenance management system SAP. Ensuring the maintenance and classification records, certification and associated paperwork is maintained and controlled. Collating and disseminating data for plan attainment tracking. Data input in the form of notifications, planning information and material requests.
