1) Worked with Airtel Telephone and Broadband services on Behalf of Teleaccess Pvt Ltd

As a Team Leader for Virtual Account Management Process (VAM) From Jan 2007 to Feb 2008.

Job Includes:

a) Maintaining the Discipline on the Floor.

b) Taking Care of Executive Attendance and Their Performance.

c) Checking the Daily Status of the Calls Made by the Executive to the customers by running the AMS Reports.

d) Checking the Idle Time, Talk Time, Busy Time, Ringing Time etc of the Executive and giving them training for reducing the same.

e) Taking Escalation Calls of the Executive regarding the customer Dispute.

f) Taking care that the customer queries, request and complaints are resolved on time as per the SLA time given by the Concern Dept.

h) Updating the system regarding the plans, schemes and codes.

i) Giving Briefing to the Executive regarding the new Plan, Scheme, Codes and Product to the executive.

j) Coordinating the HR regarding the Executive required as per the Data Comes for Out calling and consulting with the HR for the leaves or Absenteeism of the Executives.



2) Worked with Airtel Telephone and Broadband services for Bharti Ltd as a Customer Care Officer from November 2005 to Dec 2006.
