Duties included accompanying patients within a road ambulance to various receiving hospital facilities (System of Assisted Transport of Emergencies), consultations, investigating and resolving any complaints directed to the department and processing insurance claims for insured patients via the PADOMI program.

Medical Chief of Ambulance Services, providing first on scene response to emergency and trauma incidents via road ambulance working alongside a Nurse Technician. Duties included management of multi casualty incidents,initial patient assessment and the diagnosis, treatment and management of cardiovascular resuscitation procedures. Also conducted inter-hospital patient transfers and worked within the hospital environment providing care within the General Medicine and Paediatric Deps.
