Effective management of the medical unit in camp including all outpatient / site clinics, occupational health programs and medical services including development and implementation of procedures: Emergency Response procedures; MEDEVAC; Fitness to work including pre-employment examination; Medical Surveillance in remotes areas and supervision of infections illnesses as cause of factor risk for workers.
Member of equipment for , auditing and advising on all matters pertaining to occupational health, hygiene. Safety and environmental standards on the Installation.(IRCA by Bureau Veritas)
Responsible for provision of a comprehensive primary care and emergency medical facility.
Responsible for management of the general health and wellbeing of all Installation personnel.

Ensure security of, and regular auditing of, controlled and other drugs reviewing the Occupational Exam of the workers.
Manage and record excess hours process.
Audit hotel and catering services.
Carry out formal inspections as required. Ensure high standards of quality in food hygiene.
Ensure potable water quality.
Monitor and treat as required.
Encourage and develop the Installation supervisory and Safety Representative role as an integrated part of health loss control.
Provide guidance and information through safety meetings.
Promote and conduct STOP tours as tools for achieving and maintaining high health, safety and environmental standards.
Conduct induction training for new starts on the Installation.
Administer the Installation training database and provide guidance to personnel on training matters.
Health risks assessment of various camps and sites.
Implementation the Occupational Health Programm in coordination with the Medical Department.
Active member in the investigation of accidents and unsafe working condition and study possible causes and recommend remedial action.
Solve emergencies or illnesses in workers or people of the native communities.
Stabilize their vitals functions coordinate their emergencies evacuations to a Hospital with major resolution.
Close coordination with the referring hospitals/medical consultants for the timely referrals of patients and prompt assistance during their stay in hospital.
Studie the Cardiovascular high risk factors in workers and designing one plan of health and nutrition to reduce these factors of risk.
Supervise to the responsible company for the services of Catering and recommending the better measures of preservation of food, neatness and hygiene for avoid the presence of infectious illnesses or spring up of endemics illnesses instruction to the workers in first aids. Illnesses endemics vector-borne and prevention of them.
Work in team with other supervisors in auditories in Health, Environment and Safety in Camisea’s Gas Plant as part of our responsibilities as member of Integrated Gestion Sistem ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999 Monitoring and Measurement.
