CRANE DUTIES PERFORMED:
Handling personnel transfer by basket, work basket, cargo offloading and back loading, use cargo basket, lifting containers, tubing bundles, barrel racks, etc., Properly understand offload and backload distribution of cargo on deck, rigging, scaffolding operations, general crane maintenance like house keeping power pack checklist, wire rope changing, Maintaining good co-ordination with crew and stressing on haring a think plan for every job. Assisted in HLO duties.
CRANE MAINTENANCE PERFORMED:
Weekly monthly servicing, oil, fuel filter change, crane luff cylinder seal change, crane rope change, greasing, Chemical injection pump servicing, calibration, CCD, Sump pump servicing.
WELL-HEAD OPERATIONS PERFORMED:
Well control panel operation, ESD, FSD normalizing, well equalization, opening well with strom choke, well flow back cleaning, hydro test, well casing pressure checks, multi rate testing, pig barrel inspection and servicing, ‘x’ Mass tree valve greasing, ‘O’ ring changing, servicing of needle, pilot, emergency shut valve, LCV, PCV valve, separator valve passing, testing and servicing.
