Role:
• Responsible for Project Planning, Execution and Monitoring of New Ship Construction / Conversion / Repairs Projects.
• Responsible for Site Coordination and Supervision work to ensure that relevant operations are executed in the highest work Quality, Safety Standards while meeting customer’s contractual expectation Specification and Budget.
• Work Closely with Ship Owner’s and Ship Yard’s and Maker’s to ensure deliverables / Schedule are meet.
• Resolve Site issues whenever required.
• Report on Work Progress and Performance Tracking.(Monthly Report of Site)
• Provide Advice and recommendations to Management / Productions on Project Processes/ activities to enhance Productivity, Quality and Cost Effectiveness.
• Inspections of Block Building, P.E Joints, Grand Blocks, on Skid Ways or in Dock. PSPC requirements for WBT and COTk, Construction Monitoring at Block Stage, Surface Preparation of Blocks and Painting of Blocks for PSPC requirements. Out fitting Jobs, Piping, Testing of Tanks and Pipe line. FATS for the Vessel as required with Report writing In-Water Survey report etc as required. OCR issued to shipyard on various issues.
• Sea-Trial activities and all testing, Follow –up of deficiency after Sea Trial.
• All Official and Class Certificates to be arranged from Ship Yard for the Vessel and Owner’s Office document’s before delivery.
• Control all Supervisor’s activity performance regard’s to Quality workman ship. Meeting with Supervisor’s and Ship Yard for better performance and control on Quality Job.

• To maintain the dry dock defect list and attend the vessel for dry docking.

• Checking the work done list (steel renewal) with yard. Checking Grid blasting, jet blasting and painting scheme with Paint Company.
• To monitor the pending outstanding class recommendations and conditions CSM items.
