• in charge of all emergency response planning (search and rescue, sea pollutions, maritime assistance services, nuclear hazard response and disrupted maritime traffic) for the English Channel and North Sea
• Implementation of a new incident command system for French maritime emergency response services
• Search and Rescue Coordinator for the English Channel and North Sea (SAR Area Coordinator for the French SRR)
• Responsible for the organization of SAR services alongside the French coastline from St Malo to the Belgian border

• In charge of all maritime risk assessment within Prony Bay (Southern tip of New Caledonia) in the event of an marine oil spill (VALE INCO)
