Naval engineer and Venezuelan navy officers with extensive experience in construction, repairs, maintenance and conversion of ships from different ports; as well as operator of ship machines.

He was Head of several naval construction projects, repairs, and modifications; As Naval Repairs Manager, gain a lot of experience in the estimation, formulation and management of projects, integrating work teams of different nature coordinating the operations for the successful achievement of the objectives.
