(1970 - 87) Havana Shipyard - Engineering Design Office (eng. designer, chief eng., director). Rebuilding the national port fleet, supervising implementation of the project + engineering design & workshop drawings of tugs, barges, launches for mass production. 312-unit fleet built.
(1987 - 97) INTERMAR, S.A.- Marine Surveyor acting on behalf of British Insurers. Conducting Condition & Damage surveys on sea-going ships & industrial installations
(Examining hull structures, testing equipment – main engines, power generators, boilers, compressors, etc)
(1998 – 2004) PROYYCCA & PETRODUCTOS, CA. – Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)Inspector/ Coordinator - Mechanical Division - in the construction of oil installations for US companies in Venezuela

My recently granted status as a US permanent resident permits me to continue my career as a Naval Architect or related position here in the US. Currently I reside in Miami, Florida and I am willing to relocate as may be required.
