Objective


I would like to work in US in a Naval Architect, Maritime Construction, Offshore and/or Heavy Construction field in order to utilize my qualification and experience in shipyard and marine industry and also to be the part of a team of highly qualified and professional organization, thus sharpening my own professional skills, while at the same time, contributing my best to the overall development of the organization.

As an assistant naval architect:



1) In charge of developing the building drawings from the basic drawings using AutoCAD.

2) In charge of supervision of Steel works for fabrication of ship blocks & out-fittings for two 2900DWT River Sea Container Vessels, owned by Sea Consult, Denmark.

3) In charge of design & construction of a 20.58m Landing Craft, owned by the Govt. of the Republic of Mozambique.

4) In charge of the quality control department responsible for the coordination in between the shipyard, the classification society and the owner’s representative.

5) Member of the production scheduling, delivery and management team.
