Experience
• Employment with Indian Register of Shipping (IRS), an Associate of
International Association of Classification Societies (IACS), as Asst. Ship Surveyor from Sep 2005 till date. (www.irclass.org).
• The tenure involves the following
o One Year on job training in Naval Architecture conducted by IRS, Mumbai.
o Worked as a field Surveyor and carried out New Construction Surveys, Periodical Surveys and Statutory Surveys at various Indian Shipyards like ABG Shipyard(Surat, Gujarat), Vipul Shipyard(Surat, Gujarat), and Essar Constructions Ltd, (Hazira, Gujarat) etc..
o Currently working in Research & Co-ordination Division of IRS as a dynamic team player in Naval Arch methods group.
Education
• 1st class in B.E. (Mechanical) from Anna University, Chennai Score: 70%. Year of passing 2005.
• 1st class in Higher Secondary Examination from TamilNadu State Board Score 78.9%
• 1st class in Secondary Examination from TamilNadu Matriculation Board. Score 83.8%
