• Co-ordinate with the client representative the inspection and test plan (I.T.P) for any job as soon as the latest revision for the drawing arrive.
• Preparing Welding Procedure (W.P.S) and Procedure Qualification Record (P.Q.R.) for different activities of fabrication at the work shop, steel structure, steel plate works, tanks, Vessels and reactors.
• Coordinate with SHOTMED Quality Control Engineers the quality plan for every project as per project specifications and codes required.
• Coordinate with SHOTMED Quality Assurance Engineers handling and documentation plan for every project as per the client requirements and Inspection and Test plan (I.T.P).
• Follow up and monitoring the application of client requirements and standards for every project during fabrication, preassembly and assembly of the job at work shop and site.
