WORKING EXPERIENCE
NATIONAL SERVICE
Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development (Headquarters, Ministries) from September 2017 to August 2018 to the Estate and Procurement Unit under General Administration.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collecting and updating data on all properties and assets of the Ministry and its agencies as well as managing inventories of all immoveable properties.
- Making purchases on behalf of the Ministry using the procurement process and recommending of the disposal of obsolete office equipment and other assets.
- Facilitating and ensuring the repair and maintenance of equipment, plants and assets of the Ministry.
- Providing support to the director administration and finance to coordinate the landscaping and beautification of the Ministry.
- keeping up-to-date with land management, building control and environmental issues.
INTERNSHIP

- Processing of claims, cargo manifest and archiving of shipping related documents used in the port.
