2008 Director of Operations
Overseen the clean-up of a dilapidated Marina; which included 950 boats. Marina was a
State concession, State Parks Officials were very pleased see letters of recommendation.
2005- Riviera Engineering & Construction Kelseyville, CA
2006 Superintendent
Completely remodeled Ferndale’s Resort with new gas docks and 80 boat slips.
2005- Tower Construction Incorporated Lake County, CA
2006- Chief Engineer
This company constructed Viceroy kit homes, based out of Canada, and built them in on Clear Lake.
2003- Ontario Green Shippers Ontario, CANADA
2004 Chief Engineer
Built an $18 Million shipping and receiving center on Lake Heron by the Mackinac Straights, acquired Canadian work visa during this period (attached).
2000- Riviera Engineering & Construction Kelseyville, CA
2003 Supervisor/Lead carpenter
Built new Marina, Pinedale’s Resort, on Clear Lake. Job description included: 100ft retainer wall, 250ft dock, numerous boat slips, gas docks, and 2 general stores.
1996- Manzanita Engineering and Fabrication Gridley, CA
2000 Owner
Designed, built, and repaired farm equipment in Butte, Colusa, and Yuba-Sutter areas. Also built two 100 ton barges, one went to the Florida Keys the other went to Australia.
1993- S.W.E.C.O. Sutter Welding Equipment Company Sutter, CA
1996 Supervisor
Erected 100’ x 325’ metal “Butler” building for company store. Jobs included carpentry, sheet rock, plumbing, electrical etc.
