To carry out quality service jobs in power plants/Ships on diesel engine
Timely completion of service jobs as per the commitments at site and support the team leader.
Carry out the engine/propulsion commission on board vessel Ensure no revisits are done for the jobs performed. To look for new business opportunities by creating awareness through customer interaction. To carry out any additional work at site beyond the agreed scope of work and get the Endorsement of extra work from the customer. Resolve issues of rejected spares part at Customer site. Advice the customer to use genuine parts for minimising operation cost. Engine performance feedback and troubleshooting. All field service complaint is carried out with the calibrated measurement tools
