Northern Region Cement Company – Arar – ksa( Jan.-2009 to till date)
At present I am working as Head of department in Mechanical Maintenance with M/S Northern Region Cement Company, which is one of leading company in Cement manufacturing IN Saudi Arebia with having capacity of 6000TPD Clinker and 7200TPD Cement production, NRCC is prodicing “Sulphate Resis Cement” & “Ordinary Portland Cement” with high blains and very good compressing striength.
Holtec Consulting Private Limited (Dec. 2006 to Nov. - 2008)
Holtec is a leading organization in India for designing and consultancies in Cement Industries which is also a leading company in world for providing consultancy world wide. I Joined Holtec Consulting Pvt Ltd. Gurgoan-India as Dy. Group Manager(consulting) and I was assigned for various challenging position as below..
a. Earlier I have been working for Falcon Cement Company as Plant Manager on Behalf of Holtec Consulting India. Holtec has assigned here to commission this plant according to planed schedule. This project capacity is 1000TPD Cement and this is a supply of M/S Promac as turnkey contract.
b. I have been commissioned NRCC Project of Northern Region Cement Company – Turyf(KSA). I have been at this site for review engineering, project execution & monitoring of the new 6000TPD Clinker and 7200TPD Cement dry process green field cement plant with having 42MW HFO based captive Power plant. I was involved in Quality of Erection & Installation, testing and commissioning for the whole plant.
c. Previous to this, I was also deputed at SPCC – Tahamah Cements – Saudi Arabia for supervision of the new plant 5000 TPD clinker and 6000TPDCement. For this project, M/S Sinoma International Co, China was assigned as Trunkey contractor. I was involved in Quality of Erection & Installation, testing and commissioning for the whole plant.
d. First I assigned for detail Engineering jobs for the Orient Cements- Tender evaluation for Mechanical & control system.
Shree Cement Limited, Beawar(Raj.) (July , 1997 – Dec., 2006)
In this organization I have done in below departments as an
maintenance in-charge & Dy. HOD of couple of departments.
a. I was working as HOD of Grinding unit with having two Ball Mill with Roller Press unit in one line. We have done many developments in this department i.e. interconnected the feeding of crushed material of Roller Press product to both Mill by enhancing capacity of Roller Press and we increased the production of Line one 160 TPH to 190 TPH and IInd line from 250 to 320TPH.
b. Erection & commissioning of APPM 1822 single Rotor impact crusher unit & limestone handling system with 2.0KM cross country conveyor Belt. Maintenance of same unit also looked after for a one year after commissioning.
c. Overall maintenance, operation & development of APPM 1615 single Rotor impact crushing unit & limestone handling with 2.0KM ropeway transportation system.
d. Overall maintenance, operation & development of tow unit Stacker – Re-claimer & limestone handling & feeding system up to Raw Mill.
e. Overall maintenance, operation & development of tow unit Cement Mill including Roller Press & Fly ash handling & feeding system.
f. Partially maintenance, operation & development of Raw Mill, Kiln – Coal Mill including all auxiliaries i.e. preheated, Cooler, GCT & ESP’s as & when required during shutdown.
DCPL, Delhi (India) (May, 1992 to July, 1997)

b. Cross Country Gas Line of Gas Authority of India Ltd., That to plan (Maharastra)(Looked after Receiver & launcher unit including pipe bending &welding.
c. Him Ambuja Cement Ltd, Dhruheda (HP) – Cement Division.
d. Owsal Chemicals Limited, Shajhanpur (U.P.) – Fertilizer division (Looked after complete erection & commissioning of Rotary & stationary Equipments of Ammonia, Urea & Gas Turbine unit including various process compressors).
e. Lakshmi Cement Limited – III rd unit, J K Puram, Sirohi (Raj.) – Cement Division (Looked after complete erection & commissioning of Raw Mill, Kiln , Cooler, Preheater, Cyclones, Calsiner, Elevators, Air Lift & Clinker transport system including Bag House.)
f. Raj Cement Limited, Beawar (Raj.) a unit of Shree Cement Division (Looked after complete erection & commissioning of Crusher 1822 & 1615, Cross Country Belt 2.0KM, Stacker & Reclaimer, Clinker Transport, complete Cement Mill unit with Roller press & Cement transport)
