Experience
The project for the completion of B.Tech as per the regulations of the prestigious C.U.S.A.T (Cochin University of Science and Technology) was performed at F.A.C.T (Fertilizers And Chemicals Travancore Limited). F.A.C.T is a very famous and one of the largest fertilizer producing companies in India situated at Cochin, Kerala.The project is “Design of Hydrogen Ammonia Absorption Column”. The aim of the project was to increase efficiency of the plant by utilizing the hydrogen ammonia mixture which is a by product of other process. The hydrogen ammonia mixture when passed to the absorption column, hydrogen will be removed from the system and the hydrogen is provided to the Caprolactum plant where Hydrogen is an essential element for production of Caprolactum.Caprolactum is essential for production of Nylon. The project was successfully completed under the guidance of Ashish Nair (Sr. Engineer, FEDO) and it is implemented in the plant.
Responsibilities:
? Prepare Construction Methods and Procedures as required.
? Oversee the completion of fabrication works in accordance with contract specification, project planning schedules and approved method statements, construction drawings/cultists Clients HSE standards.
? Co-ordinate different areas/disciplines activities such as piping, E&I, structures/prefabrication shops, painting, Sub-contractors, erection area pipe rolling facility, pressure vessel shop, QA/QC inspectors and subcontractors.
? Coordinating and directing all site activities as per approved schedule and for efficient cost effective management of all resources deployed.
? Enforce safety rules as per the approved HSE procedures.
? Control product quality and maintain high standards.
? Assure that only Approved welders, and Approved Procedures for the specific Project are utilized.
? Co-ordinate with Client representatives on all matters related to the project activities.
? Overseeing piping / steel structure fabrication and erection activities for simultaneous multiple projects.
Work Experience
Currently Working as Project/Estimation Engineer at Environmental Systems
Manufacturing at RAK Free Zone. This company is a subsidiary company of Arabian Thermal Aire International; Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia. It is a part of The famous ARLAN SA Switzerland. This company mainly deals with HVAC duct fabrication, Duct accessories etc.

Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical Engineering from Cochin University Of Science & Technology.
