To work as a Mechanical Supervisor / QAQC Coordinator which requires extensive organisational / management / coordination experience & technical knowledge.
Experience
Over 06 years of experience ,out of which 04 years as supervisory/ coordinator level in Construction , Welding , Piping , Quality Control field. Specializing in Oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, power plant, cross country pipelines, and offshore platforms. Familiar with ASME, API, ANSI, AWS, BS, NACE and other international codes and standards.

? Certified "Welding Inspector CSWIP3.1 " by TWI,UK.
? Attended Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2000, Seminar
? Certified "Welding Inspector CWI " by American Welding Society , USA.
? Certified by American Society for Non Destructive Testing as LEVEL II in Ultrasonic, Radiographic Interpretation , Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant Inspection.

• Ensuring that all the documents in use are the Latest applicable revision .

• Witness of Mechanical Tests (Destructive Test) for the PQR’s and all WQT’s
• Carry out and approval of Welder Qualification Tests.
• Prepare, review & approval of Quality Plans and NDT Procedures
• Review and approval of Minor deviation in Piping drawings.
• Material Inspection such as pipes, fittings and valves.
• Interpretation of Radiographs & AUT PipeWizard system.
• Painting/GRE Inspection
• Conduct Quality audits to ISO 9000 and assist in HSE audits. .
• Fit-up, visual Inspection & Inspection of coating / Painting .
• NDT Inspection of (AUT, Manual UT, MT and PT).
• Cleaning & Gauging Inspection .
• Familiar of Hyrotest procedures (Pipeline / Station Piping / Plant) .
• Control of QC documentation
