Looking for a Captains position 100 ft + range

Experience

I have worked my way from a Deckhand/Steward on a 70ft sail Yacht in the Caribbean when i was 17 to now 1st Officer for 5 years on Mega Yachts around the World.

I am now looking to increase my skills in a Captains role on a 100ft Motor Yacht, Private or Charter.
