* TDS, Mud pump Spares (Fluid End), Casing tools, Toolbars, Cat Engines Spares,Drawworks & Rotary, Air compressors, EDriller, Shaker Screens, SCR spares, Motors ,Rig Lighting, Fishing tools, Oil & Grease,Ect.
* Equipment storage and store keeping organization.
* Spare parts inventories.
* Warehouse set up.
* Ensuring appropriate and accurate procurement, shipping and storage of all Drilling and maintenance materials.
* Managing warehouse, Rig consumable Stores, Drilling Store, Cold Store, Mechanical Store, and Electrical Store & Heavy Duty Store.
NATURE OF WORK AT DRILLING RIG (OFFSHORE, ONSHORE, DESERT & JUNGLE):
Overall control of RIG operations, Keep the Materials in Minimum Maximum Level, Procure Materials for the Operation as per the request from departments, Keep track with materials which are on request and on order, Receive Materials on board, Check them and stack them on the shelves & enter the receipt in the inventory system, Make procurement incidental report for shortage or damage of materials. Dispatch materials to town for repair and return with cargo manifest. Cyclic test count of materials, Annual inventory of materials, Make month end reports, proper filing of records every day. Good knowledge of Rig Materials and computerized inventory control system. Visit Assigned Drilling Rigs every month and update the warehouse inventory. Give assignments to Warehouseman as per company policies.
