Experience
First license-100GT ocean operator-1969. Capt on fishing boats to 1980. Master-utility and supply boats 1980-1985. OUTV 1986-1996-Crowley Maritime, A.H. Powers, and Manson Construction. Deck officer 4 Point dive boats 1996-2007. AOD (Later Stolt), Cal-Dive, Torch, and Chet Morrison Contractors. Some time as deck officer on supply boats for Trico Marine. Presently working as a deck officer on tugs towing offshore oil rigs.

Certification
Master,Steam or Motor Vessels NMT 1600 GT (Domestic Tonnage), 3000 GT (ITC Tonnage), Upon Oceans. Also, Master of Towing Vessels Upon Oceans and The Western Rivers.
ARPA; GMDSS; STCW 95; Marine Firefighting; Unlimited AB; Bridge Resource Mgmt.
Skils
Have handled all types of vessels from single-engine/direct reversible to twin engine with multiple thrusters. Plenty of experience landing loaded oil barges up to 130,000 bbl. capacity. Know how to utilize assist boats when available.
Having a license with no geographic restrictions, I am willing to work anywhere. I have a current passport and drivers license, and, although I won't refuse help, I have been handling all of my own transportation.
