Seeking a challanging position utilizzing my extensive experience in the management, operation and maintenance of marine vessels and operations. With my many years experience running many different types of vessels with large crews and working with many regualtory agencies, also having a heavy mechanical background I feel I could be an asset working land based or operating a vessel.

Cruise West, Seattle WA
Captain of a 257 ft and 220 ft small cruise ships operating in Alaska, Napa California and Baja Mexico doing weeking cruises with up to 138 passengers and 40 crew. Project management on vessel refit, vessels are uscg and abs inspected. Involved with crew training, implementing ISM policies and keeping vessel up to uscg and company regulations. Customer Servcice and responsible for working within a set budget.
10/06 to 03/07 Atlantic Casino Cruises, Miami Fl
Captain 220 ft 600 casino vessel, project manager of a complete refit at international shipyard in Tampa FL. Working with USCG to get current COI. Overseeing shipyard work to ensure projects are up to uscg regulations.
5/06 to 3/07 American Canadian Cruise Line, Warren RI
Master 184 ft Blount built small cruise ship. Run weekly cruises in the Great Lakes, Eire Canal and NE Islands. Implement ISM and SOLAS regualtions, in charge of crew training and passenger service
7/05 to 5/06 Aqua Venture Corp, Ft Lauderdale FL
Project Manager/Master of a 65ft Hatteras Sport Fish. Oversee complete refit of vessel including fine finish work, electronic, electrical and plumbing installation. Responsible for all purchasing and overseeing any contractors working on vessel.
10/03 to 7/05 SummerWind Charters, Ft Lauderdale FL
Captain for two yachts, 90 ft Aluminum Striker and 120ft Skipperliner. Duties include refits, USCG COI inspections, crew training and complete operations and maintaince. Vessels are engages in Corperate dinner charters and special events.
8/03 to 12/03 MPH Entertainment Savanah GA.
Captain 188ft foreign flagged casino vessel. Working with Flag state representatives and USCG inspectors to bring vessel up to SOLAS and USCG K class regulations. Project Manager dry-dcoking and refit as well as training of foreign crew.

Certification
Master 1600/3000 ton oceans, STCW, Lifeboatman, AB Unlimited, Radar Unlimited, ARPA, BST, VSO, Medical Provider, BRM, GMDSS.
Skils
Heavy mechanical background.
I have been fleet captain for Peter Hughs diving, operated 5 120 livaboard dive vessels around the world, in charge of crewing, refits, relief captain, purchasing and repairs.
I am a team player, not afraid to get my hands dirty. Safety is the utmost importance to me.
Travel is not an issue, I would like to run a vessel or become port captain.
