Objective
After graduating and post graduating from the Moscow University of Civil Engineering I came to 15 years academic progress in Bulgarian Academy of Sciences - Institute of Oceanology as a Research Scientist Officer. Now, I am Chief Inspector at Concessions Department, Ministry of Transport, Bulgaria.
I have supervisory experience in offshore projects by Investigations and Preliminary design in Waterways and Ports, Marine structures, environmental protection engineering and Coastal protections in Bulgarian shelf zone of Black sea.
I am Inventor of the “New type of pneumatic caisson constructions”.
