• Plumbed, fitted, welded and wired 50 barrel brewery to improve tank efficiency

• Managed 50 barrel brewery/food and beverage cost controls for $500,000 operation

• Managed renovations of 25,000 sq ft restaurant/brew pub/guest suites

• Plumbed, fitted, welded and wired to facilitate 15 barrel brewery

• Converted a 1970’s dairy into a full production 20bbl brew house

• Cut, fitted and welded all stainless pipe

• First began as a brewery apprentice learning all aspects of brewing, fermentation, cellaring and kegging

• Promoted to Head Brewer responsible for all functions and maintenance including training assistants and interns
