Master MARAD Ready Reserve Force, As Master during FOS periods, M/V Cape Hudson, Cape Henry, Cape Horn, and SS Keystone State. As Chief Mate in ROS, M/V Cape Horn, SS Keystone State, SS Gem State.



2005-2006 American Overseas Marine (AMSEA)

Chief Mate SS Cape Jacob (C4 Mariner) Prepositioned in the Far East with Naval Air Ordinance Chief Mate USNS Mendonca, USNS Shughart, USNS Benividez Second Mate USNS Pililaau. LMSR’s, the largest multi purpose cargo vessel’s in the US fleet, gained experience delivering military cargo to US Forces in the Middle East and Europe



2004 Totem Ocean Trailer Express (TOTE)

Chief Mate SS Great Land, commercial RO/RO, vessel trading on the US West Coast, gained experience meeting the demands of a multi-port schedule and the carrying of livestock at sea



2003 American Overseas Marine

Chief Mate SS Cape Johnson, (C4 Mariner) Break Bulk Cargo, delivered palletized military

ammunition to Europe, Middle East, and the Far East in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom



1999-2002 Interocean Ugland Management

Second Mate SS Cornhusker State, delivered containerized ammunition to the Middle East and Indian Ocean ports, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom

Second Mate HMI Diamond Shoals, Product Tanker carried various petroleum cargoes



1997-1999 Crowley Petroleum Tankers Inc.

Third Mate and Second Mate on product tanker SS Blue Ridge, carried a variety of chemical

and petroleum products in Jones Act Trade



1996-1997 Coastal Tankships USA

Third Mate SS Coastal New York, delivered multiple refined petroleum products from the US Gulf to East Coast ports



1995-1996 Santa Fe International

Assistant Ballast Control Operator Semi-Submersible Drilling Rig, Santa Fe 140, in charge of loading an assortment of bulk and liquid products from supply vessels and calculating the stability of the rig daily
