? Pilotage exemption in Singapore port and Japan pilotage, which included berthing and unberthing without tugs or pilots in both locations.
? Raised revenues more than four times within four months of joining a software training and development organisation headquartered in the US. This included negotiating with and servicing well known US clients. (2001), and developing business in India.
? Experience as Marine Cargo Superintendent at Singapore. Successfully introduced chartered vessels in the South East Asian trade, leading to the owners nominating their own vessels instead. Took Command of the first of these vessels to position her for the trade.
? Ranked 7th worldwide in the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers Examinations in 1988
? Attained the highest rank of Senior Cadet Captain while under pre-sea training on the “Rajendra”
