Property and Project Manager

• Implementations of maintenance programs and budget values for all systems, schedules, staffing.

• Estate achievements: Redevelopment of entire island based estate $50mil+ projects. Whilst intermittedly being occupied. Revision of all outsourced contracts, operational plant equipement efficiency massive 42 percent savings.

• Project Management: Coastal development including private canals, beaches and boatlifts. $20mil+

• Specialized buildings, water feature design construction including large scale aquariums, landscaping, croquet and grass tennis courts, roads and infrastructure, communications and alternate projects.

• Design and management construction of custom $5M vessel (Ft. Lauderdale, USA)



2000 - 2004 M / Y Triumphant Lady (147ft Sterling) North and Central America

First Officer then Master

• Daily operations, passage planning, guest services, accounts, staff management.

• Major refit of vessel, cabin redesign, full vessel paint job, new systems installation, stabilizers, navigation, electronics, gensets, A/C plumbing.

• Nitrox compressor and bank installation. Operation of all vessel systems.



2000 S /Y Osprey: (97ft Sparkman Stevens), South Pacific Islands to Mexico & USA

Chief engineer & First officer

• Transpacific passage planning, watch keeping, refueling; tender operation;

• Maintenance of all systems: main engines, tenders, air compressors, battery banks, bilges,

Pumps

• Refit of vessel at Knight and Carver San Diego overhaul and/or replacement many vessel systems.



1999 - 2000 M/S Rum Runner Cape Tribulation Charter vessel 65ft, Great Barrier Reef

Master & Engineer

• Turned operation into the most successful Cape tribulation Dive venture.

• Overseeing full maintenance, repairs and refit on vessel, new genset and compressors. Stock control, vessel and equipment maintenance. Staff scheduling, training and overseeing dive courses



1998 M/Y Faraday Pearl (Morgan & Co. Pearling), Monte Bellos

Fleet Master, & Chief Engineer of seven vessels (Company Manager)

• Restructured operation to greater efficiency and removal of all backlog storm affected issues.

• Maintenance and repairs (21 diesel engines) 6 gensets; variety of small engines; desalination units; sewage; bilges; hydraulic systems

• Work programs, rosters, record keeping, staff management (for up to 30 employees).

• Supply ordering, development of contingency plans for all safety issues, assistance with maintenance on two seaplanes. Continued education in diving field.



1997 M/Y Rum Runner Cape Tribulation: 65ft charter vessel, Great Barrier Reef

• Responsible for daily operations commercial tourist dive vessel, house-keeping, repairs and maintenance
