-Extensive experience in preparation of ships and crews
and successful completion of Oil Majors vetting,
port state control, flag state, underwriters
inspections.
-Successful in cost effective operation.
-Possess thorough knowledge and substantial hands-on
experience in computerized planned maintenance,
surveying and requisitioning.
-Skilled in maintaining the budgetary control of the
requisition of spare parts, supplies and equipment.
-Thorough knowledge and hands on experience on how to
prepare, educate and follow all Safety and Quality
Management policies.
-Possess strong ability to effectively handle
multiple tasks.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work well with all levels, from client executives to
port personnel. Experienced in working with foreign
nationals. Develop relationship of trust and
confidence with others.
-Knowledgeable of international cultures and customs.
-Detail-oriented: excellent planning and implementation
skills, decisive, thorough in documentation.
-Computer literate: Office Applications,
Marine Communication Programs, Computerized PMS,
requisitioning and inventory (AMOS, Danaos, ISMS).
-Substantial knowledge of applicable US Coast Guard and
various Classification Societies regulations.
-Experienced in dry docking specification preparation,
supervision of ship repairs, maintaining repair
budgetary control.
-Possess high energy level.
-Able to adapt easily and drive change.

development.
