Objective
I would like to opperate my own vessel as it has been a dream of mine or be in a position where i can be of great assistance. I have a family & we are willing to move where it is best for me to acheive this I already have my master 5 and have 20 years experiance on the sea. if there is any way you can help me to find a position for me to acheive this would be of great help
