Strategic Planning

• Conceptualising & implementing policies for effective management of available human resources and development of human capital across the organisation.

ATTAINMENTS:

• Functioned as a Member / President of Board of Enquiries initiated against Officers / Sailors during active service in the Indian Navy.

• Successfully set up and looked after operations of Passenger Vessels at Port Blair.

• Acted as an Advisor to foreign based company for setting up operations of Passenger Vessels in Egypt.

• Was responsible for conduct of training and annual inspections of 90 NCC units of Chandigarh Haryana Himachal Pradesh and Punjab States

• Chief co coordinator of NCC Indo Canada youth exchange programme and Trekking conducted in Himachal Pradesh
