Immediate Availability

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a USCG 100 Ton NC Master Captain and live in Florida where I was most recently employed as a Master Captain/Director of Marine Operations of a 90', 149 passenger vessels. My duties included crew hiring and training, scheduling, complete vessel maintenance, keeping vessel in compliance with all state and federal regulations including annual CG inspections and original COI. I also took care of weekly vendors and contractors, worked with coordinating events, networking and much more. I am a professional Mariner Training graduate from Chapman's School of Seamanship in Stuart, FL, where I graduated at the top of my class in many areas. I have furthered my education as a Master Captain and achieved many endorsements and upgrades to my original USCG license which are valuable tools to any employer. Since graduation in 2007, I have gained extensive offshore and inland river experience from the Great Lakes to the Atlantic, including the Gulf of Mexico and most of the country's Intracostal Waterway as a Master Captain in many facets of the Marine Industry. (Sea Service Time available for 200 Ton upgrade if needed.) I am looking for a long term full-time relationship with a strong employer in the Marine environment to apply my social skills and my ability to work as a team member or leader. I possess strong work ethics and, if need be, the ability to make executive decisions. I believe I am the Captain you are seeking to continue your company's highest stands of professionalism.

I am able to relocate or travel from Florida.

I would appreciate an opportunity to interview with you and take the next steps to put together a great working relationship. I am available to answer any questions you may have to become your next valuable employee or Captain.

Thank you in advance for your time and please feel free to contact any or all past or current employer on my resume.

Sincerely,

Captain Randy L. Bakovka
