Experience
I have started 31 years ago as a deck boy and became Master in 1990 till 1996 on board gas carriers and chemical.I was 1st officer on VlCC before 1990.In 1996 I have changed and I went on board passenger ship as Staff Capt. till now with CCL.I am also an indipendent certified Maritime security auditor and Surveyor for statutory and class survey for Panama registry.

All certificates required by STCW and IMO certificate mod. 6 management, no limitation.
Skils
My skills are fully utilized as Staff Captain. I have very good knowledge of SMS and Environmental management system.

I am Italian living in Lithuania. I am fully available to travel and to change my residence if the job requires.
