Responsible for the outfitting/commissioning of the 13 ton amphibious passenger vessel (hydra-terra) “HINA HONU” completely outfitted and set up the vessel for the first coastguard inspection (C.O.I.) After passing the inspection I was the lead captain, master, chief mechanic, and vessel manager. I was responsible for training (3) other captains. I was responsible for all maintenance, repairs, mechanical/electrical upgrades to the vessel and the training of the deckhands/tour guides. I was also the Liaison between the vessel manufacture and Lahaina Honu.

Responsible for the outfitting and commissioning of the 13 ton amphibious passenger vessel

(hydra-terra) “The Delirious Duck”. I completely outfitted and set up the vessel for the first coastguard inspection (C.O.I.). After passing the inspection I was the sole driver/operator/captain for the 2003 and 2004 seasons. I was also responsible for all upgrades to the vessel, as well as Maintenance, repairs, and training of the deckhands/tour guides, and alternative captains, Liaison between the vessel manufacture and north Idaho tours. In addition I also played a key role in the development of our tours and marketing of north Idaho tours. Along with the senior tour guide I was responsible for tour development, developing marketing strategies, making marketing contacts throughout the region, securing a base of operations site for the 2003/2004, developing relationships with the city/state/event/media officials, local business owners and planning/scheduling of the 2003/2004 seasons.
