Master 100 Ton/General Manager- Responsible for a 1.2 million dollar budget; Running day to day business operations for boat rental company nd marina ships store.
Duties include, but not limited to: I manage and maintain a large fleet of boats, as well as ensuring that all repair work is done to keep the fleet running. I am responsible for all Cash management, P\L, Customer service, payroll, marketing, Purchasing boat maintenance; As well as handing employee Training and retention for 14 employees.

Computer Skills: Fluent with all Microsoft Word programs and am computer literate,

Recruiting: I am excellent at recruiting volunteers, building loyalty to meet whatever
objectives that might be presented. Through 12 managers, I recruited and managed 1200
volunteers.
Fundraising: Dinners, luncheons, Golf Tourneys, connect with past donors as well
as finding new prospects.
Events: I have organized and managed all inclusive weekends, camps etc. for up to 800
men, women, and children. Housed, fed and provided activities throughout each camp
