My experience includes professional managing daily job responsibilities, coordination with co-workers OOW in maintaining high quality of job, and effective problem solving. During navigational watch always kept maximum standards of safe navigation, safety and security on board. My previous job onboard cargo and passenger ships as Navigation Deck Officer; let me dealt with different traffic scenarios of separation lanes among oil rigs out of the US Gulf Coast and Red Sea; Navigation on Pacific Ocean, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malacca Strait, Suez Canal, Mediterranean Sea, North Sea, Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea and Panama Canal, which increased my capabilities of reacting in a proper way and under pressure. Additional, performed as Chief Officer Safety in all duties related to safety on board: passengers and crew fire and abandon ships drills, contingency plans (collision, grounding, rescue in enclosed spaces, etc), routine equipment inspections and maintenance, safety training for new crewmembers and passengers, etc.

I have experience on Tugboats with Aquamaster propulsion (ASD). I did over 150 maneuvers on Balboa port in Panama assisting Panamax and Post-Panamax MAERSK ships.
I did complete my contracts in a successfully manner.
