Has to deal with the develop of the Management program as Scoping organization, planning develop of the work, personnel control, budget and schedule control, relationship with the client, analysis of the Program in order to make necessary changes, keep inform to the directives and closing the project.. Also served as ISO develop person to achieve the requirements for the company to be certified.

Project Manager for Nicaragua. Conducted a project that had to deal with procurement, documentation, cost analysis, time frame control.

Developed the ISM documentation and deal with the safety and security issues related to the ISM and ISPS.

Supervised, organized managed and instructed the ISPS code compliance work in order to provide protective services to Ports, Facilities and ships. Also managed the maritime operations and analyzed the use of the ISPS code, making recommendations to improve the Security and safety in the Maritime arena.

US-Colombian Navy, May port Naval Base, Fl 1999-2001

Naval Liaison

Responsible for the coordination in Naval Operations in the Caribbean area between US Navy and Colombian Navy. This coordination was focused in Operation, training, Safety at sea and also Security standards. Responsible for the daily reports to the US-Colombian commands based on analysis of the operations, training necessities, safety inspections to vessels and Security levels.

In each rank responsible for the safe operation of equipment and Naval inventory.

Founder of the Naval Surface school, implemented different courses in the safety area as well naval Operations.

Member of the Interamerican Telecommunication network with the participation of eleven countries including US and South American Navies. Had to make analysis and reports of the telecommunication Network and participated in Naval Telecommunication Conference.

Commanding Officer of a Frigate for three years obtained the highest score in the training facility of Guantanamo Cuba for the readiness in safety, security and operational areas.

Chief of Staff, responsible for the Operation, administrative and human resources of the naval force. In charge of more than 400 hundred people. Create procedures Operations, logistics, safety and security.

War College Instructor. Conducted the planning and development of training plans for students of the War College in Bogota. Colombia





AWARDS AND HONORS

Awarded the “MERITORIOUS SERVICE MEDAL”, by President of United States for the outstanding service as Navy liaison officer 1999- 2001. This job had to deal with the administrative, operational and management procedures between both navies.

Awarded the CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATION, by the United States Southern Command for the leadership and training of military personnel.

Caldas Medal three times awarded for been the first alumni of his class during the naval career.

Elected as the Employee of the Month in May/2008 for the outstanding results as Executive and Project Manager.
